松村：　ナイトスクープはナイトスクープのスタッフの凄さですね。

松村：　子供やちっちゃい子とか素人を相手にする場合は、素人がほんとに喜ぶんだ、いい表情を出すためには、合間も（カメラがまわってない）廻ってないところもず～っと喋ってあげるんですよ。東京の番組だともう台本が出来てて、それだけ言うセリフになってたりとか、

植竹：　あやしてやんなきゃいけない。

松村：　いけないんです。ほんとにその子供が、だから台本みたいなの一応頭に、スタッフの中にあるでしょうけど、方向が違う所いっても、OKになるように、解決できない場合もOKになるようにず～っと会話をしとくということをね、やっぱりナイトスクープで教わりましたね。やっぱり、そのお、僕今まで本番だけこう一生懸命やればいいという考えをもったスタッフもタレントさんも多かったとおもうんですけど。

松村：　だけど、そうじゃないくてず～っと子供と喋っておいてそれを隠れて（カメラを）廻したら子供がほんとに自分のいい表情をするんで、

やっぱり野球もそうでブルペンで投げ込んでないとマウンドでいきなり投げるわけにはいかないので、以外にねえ、

植竹：　一々野球の例えは要らないとおもうんだけど。

松村：　だからちゃんとそのお、ちゃんと控え室でモノマネ練習してから入らないといけないのと一緒で、そういうのも大事だなと思うようになりました。
